CANCELLATION POLICY:
All motel bookings made are subject to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.
A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to secure each booking. We will hold credit card details without charge pending guest arrival. Your credit card details are for confirmation of your booking only.
There will be no charge to the credit card provided we have received 72 hours notice of cancellation for the whole or part of the booking. In the event of a late cancellation or non-arrival, a charge equivalent of 1 night's accommodation may be charged to the credit card.
Our Cancellation policy for group bookings will be notified with the initial query/quote.
Smoking is not permitted in any room. If smoking has occurred within a room, your credit card will be charged with the relevant cleaning costs and the nightly room rate while the room is out of commission, when being returned to the same clean condition prior to your use. Ashtrays are provided outside each unit for guest use.
